OFFLINE
OFFLINE, a dark comedy, was inspired by our increasing lack of connectedness and intimacy influenced in part by our immersion in technology. It highlights how isolated we can be despite being surrounded by friends and family. The story is dedicated to those who aren’t heard because of external distractions and egoism, and conveys the disappointment and frustration that comes when others fall short. It is a reminder that compassion and empathy should not be a lost art.
